WJUSD Recognizes Commitment of Local School Board Members During School Board Recognition Month

This January, the California School Boards Association (CSBA) celebrates School Board Recognition Month to recognize the more than 5,000 men and women who are committed to providing quality public education to students throughout the state.

Woodland Joint Unified School District (WJUSD) joins CSBA and other districts and county offices across California to recognize the valuable contributions school board members make to their communities.

At WJUSD’s Jan. 12 Board Meeting, Superintendent Maria Armstrong, Ed.D. recognized the Board by presenting each trustee a certificate.

“Thank you, Board Members, for contributing your time and talents toward the advancement of education, and being committed to providing a quality education for students at Woodland Joint Unified School District,” Armstrong said.

Thank you WJUSD Trustees!
