BTSA
The BTSA program pairs beginning teachers with veteran teachers for the first two years of their teaching career.
Over the course of the program, new teachers learn to reflect on their practice and use formative assessment to discover their strengths and weaknesses.
The BTSA program ensures that Woodland’s teachers continue to strive for excellence and that they continue to meet the needs of their students. Many teachers choose to participate in the BTSA program in order to clear their preliminary teaching credential.
