The Multi Year Comparison report allows you to do a longitudinal comparison of CST and CELDT performance for two years. The report gives total students per proficiency level and percent change at each level over the course of several years, to show long term trends on all CSTs and CELDT tests.
CST Percent Proficient Trend Analysis
The CST Percent Proficient Trend Analysis report allows you to see what progress groups of students are making for CSTs. The report gives a percentage of students per proficiency level and allows us to see the change at each level over the course of several years, to show long term trends. It also allows us to analyze the same data by a variety of criteria such as gender and grade level.
The Exam Reports allow teachers to view exam data in a variety of ways and gives them the ability to analyze student performance on those exams. Exam Reports allow for a high level view of how a classroom or school did on a particular exam and helps teachers to modify their teaching to focus on specific standards.
Multiple Assessment Listing Report
The Multiple Assessment Listing Report allows teachers to view assessment data side-by-side for multiple assessments. The ability to analyze current performance against averages for previous years will provide important information on gauging student progress.
The CST Cluster Scores reports gives a simple interface for identifying performance for individual students, teachers, and the district as a whole on each of the strands tested on the CST. It provides graphs and charts for comparing student scores to classroom averages, school averages, district averages as well as performance level distributions.
The CAHSEE Report gives teachers access to specific data such as what percentage of students have passed both the ELA and math portions of the CAHSEE which have passed just the math, just the ELA, or have not passed any portion of the test.

The Band Percentages Report assists teachers in comparing the growth of students at specific proficiency levels by graphing them for multiple years and multiple grades.
Pivot tables allow you to compare scores between two test years and allow you to view progress for each level and what changes students made. It allows to view reports in both a linear and differential mode to help with seeing how students move among various performance bands.
The CST Scaled Score Report presents CST data for all students that can be used to view and filter scores as needed. The ability to compare various students’ performance against the previous year’s grades will give teachers the ability to concentrate instruction on students who need more a more focused approach.
