The BTSA program pairs beginning teachers with veteran teachers for the first two years of their teaching career.
Over the course of the program, new teachers learn to reflect on their practice and use formative assessment to discover their strengths and weaknesses.
The BTSA program insures that Woodland’s teachers continue to strive for excellence and that they continue to meet the needs of their students.

If you are a brand-new Year One hire in Woodland, you must attend a mandatory BTSA orientation. The following choices are available:
