All students entering 7th grade, will be required to present proof of their Tdap immunization by the first day of school next year.  Click here for more information

 Shot Clinics available for Tdap:

  • Health Department - 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Mondays from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m.  All students must be accompanied by an adult.  They administer vaccines to the uninsured, Medi-Cal, American Indian, Alaskan Native, or families who have insurance but don’t have coverage for vaccines.
  • Hansen Family Health Center - 215 West Beamer St., Woodland, CA 95695.  The phone number is (530) 405-2800.  The clinic hours of operation are Monday and Tuesday 8:00 am - 9:00 pm and Wednesday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.  There is a walk-in clinic on Tuesdays from 1:00 - 4:00 pm.  Families should take their shot records to the appointments.
