Throughout the school year, teachers will formally collaborate during department meetings by site and course, to analyze and document changes to be made on the course-specific pacing guides.  Action team meetings will be held twice during the school year.  During these meetings, teachers will analyze student data, plan intervention, and update pacing guides and assessments.  Teachers will utilize a common form provided by Educational Services to document changes.  Educational Services will ensure that proposed changes will be reflected in the pacing guide and benchmark assessments for the next school year.
