New Immunization Requirements

As of January 1st 2016, exemptions based on personal beliefs will no longer be an option for the vaccines that are currently required for entry into child care or school in California.  Please read the attached letters from our lead nurses for more information. You can also visit the website for answers to frequently asked questions.

T-DAP Requirements

All students entering the 7th grade must have their T-DAP booster before the start of school. Without this vaccination, your student will not be given their schedule and may not be able to start school on time. Bring your proof of vaccination in to your child's school office.
