Retirement/Voluntary Resignation (Classified & Certificated) - Request Form

Effective November 17, 2025, Woodland Joint Unified will begin utilizing a new form for all Retirements and/or Resignations requests. We will no longer be accepting an email as an acceptable form of communicating a retirement or resignation; all employees must use the new form, which will be routed through the Informed K12 platform.
