If the injury is life threatening, call 9-1-1.
- Report injury to supervisor immediately.
- Call the Schools Insurance Authority (SIA) Early Intervention Nurse at 1-877-742-3467.
- Complete the Employee Accident Form and submit to Human Resources.
- Provide work status reports/updates from your doctor to your supervisor immediately after every doctor's visit.
