- Complete the Employee Accident Form and submit to Human Resources.
- Provide work status reports/updates from your doctor to your supervisor immediately after every doctor's visit & send all Drs notes to myHRteam@wjusd.org.
- If you are released to return to work with or without modifications, you will need to email myHRteam@wjusd.org and notify HR that you are ready to return to work, please also include any restrictions you may have. Someone from HR will reach out to you to discuss your return to work and any restrictions you may have. If the District offers an accommodation and you determine you want to remain off of work, you will be required to use your sick leave. If you run out of sick leave you will be paid differential (pay minus the cost of a sub) for a maximum of 100 days.
- Any time off taken should be entered as sick leave. The attendance team will review time off monthly and if a change needs to be made they will contact you.
