I feel incredibly honored and excited to serve as your Director of Technology Services, beginning in January 2026. Guided by the district's vision and mission, I look forward to continuing the great work of our Technology Team by providing a safe, reliable, and empowering technology environment that supports student success!

Student device troubleshooting

If your Student is having issues with their Chromebook try these steps.

Shutdown the chromebook: Press and hold the power button until chromebook is off and then turn it back on.

Perform a Hard Reset: Hold down the Refresh key (circular arrow, usually above the 4 key) and tap the Power button.

Check for Updates: Go to Settings > About Chrome OS > Check for updates.
If you are still having Technical issues Please reach out to your Students School Librarian so the device may be swapped.

If your Student is having issues with their Hotspot try these steps.

Battery Charged: Make sure the hotspot has power, if not connect the USB-C charger to the hotspot and power outlet.
Correct Username/Password: Double check the Username/Password on the hotspot (can be found on a sticker on the back or by tapping the power button to cycle to the Wifi name and password.
Restart the Hotspot: Power it off, wait, and turn it back on.
